What data is used and why
If you contact us through WhatsApp or email, your contact details and enquiry content are used to reply and coordinate care. You can browse without making an enquiry; without correct contact details, we may be unable to reply.
Visiting the website involves technical data, such as your IP address, browser and pages visited, to display and protect the site and obtain usage statistics. The site uses Cloudflare services and Google fonts.
During your visit, Google Ads receives browsing data and uses cookies and identifiers to measure the relationship between ads, visits and WhatsApp clicks. Website measurement does not include the content of your messages. The website does not make automated decisions about your care.
Legal basis and retention
Information and coordination requests made before receiving the service are handled as pre-contractual steps you request. Protecting your data and responding to your rights requests are legal obligations.
Enquiry and appointment details are kept for the time needed to manage requests and coordinate care.
Google documents a 90-day lifetime for some conversion-measurement cookies. Cloudflare provides access to statistics for the previous six months.
