About me

Health is built as a whole.

Caring for mental health also means paying attention to how we inhabit our bodies, our relationships, and our daily lives. Through contextual therapies and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), my work supports each person in developing greater psychological flexibility: learning to relate differently to difficult thoughts and emotions, recognizing what truly matters, and taking concrete steps in that direction. I aim to offer a respectful and collaborative space adapted to each person's history, context, and needs.

My approach

Contextual therapies and ACT

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy invites us to relate more flexibly to thoughts and emotions while moving toward actions aligned with our values. The aim is not to eliminate all discomfort, but to expand our ability to respond to life in a more mindful and meaningful way.

Frequently asked questions

Before your first session

Who is psychotherapy for?

For children ages 7 and up, teenagers, and adults who want to better understand their experience, face a difficulty, or develop resources to live more mindfully and in alignment with their values.

Does seeing a psychologist mean something is seriously wrong with me?

No. Seeking psychological support does not mean that something is seriously wrong. It can also be a way to know yourself better, prevent a difficulty from growing, navigate change, or learn new ways of relating to your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

How long is each session?

Each individual session lasts approximately 60 minutes.

How can I learn the session fee?

The fee and payment options are shared privately through WhatsApp before booking.

What if I need a different kind of care?

Before booking, we will briefly discuss your reason for seeking support. If I identify that you need a different approach or a specialized team, I will guide you toward the most appropriate help. What matters is that you do not have to face what you are going through alone.

How do online sessions work?

Sessions take place through Google Meet and are available to people in Ecuador and abroad. A private space and stable connection are important.
